H K Seafood Restaurant Sdn Bhd was first established on 17th June 2014 and is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). The name H K means Hong Kee. Initially, H K Seafood Restaurant Sdn Bhd opened as a seafood restaurant. Looking at the market capacity as well as the high demand, the owners are taking steps to change sales from seafood to economy food up to now.
The company started operating in Kota Marudu and is located in Block B, Stalls 11 – 13, CL225317046, Jalan Goshen, 89100 Kota Marudu, Sabah. In this regard, the company expanded its activities by adding branches throughout Sabah in strategic locations. H K Seafood Restaurant Sdn Bhd’s branches are Kota Marudu, Inanam EG Mall, Beverly Hills Plaza, CKS Supermarket Menggatal and Grand Plaza Putatan.
Due to the development of HK Seafood, the Company established a Company registered under HK Seafood Warehouse Sdn Bhd in 2018 (14th September 2018) to ensure the smooth operation of suppliers of dry and wet raw materials namely frozen foods, beverages and other centralized cooking products at address No.21 (Lot 41), Bukit Emas Industrial Park, Mile 7.5, Jalan Tuaran, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
At the same time in 2018 (26th September 2018) another Company was established, namely H K Seafood Restaurant 1 Sdn Bhd. The Company would like to separate several new branches to facilitate the operation of the Branch operations. The branches for H K Seafood Restaurant 1 Sdn Bhd are Plaza CKS Tuaran, 1 Homeware Tamparuli, One Place Mall Putatan, Servay Hypermarket Papar and Servay Hypermarket Benoni Papar.
